Clothes not drying.

  • Is dryer set to “Air Dry” or “No Heat” setting?
  • If machine is set to a “Heated Dry” setting and clothes are still not drying:
    • Lint trap: Clean after every load.
    • Have you had dryer vent cleaned in the last year? See our Dryer Vent Cleaning link for more information.
  • Request a Service Call!

Clothes taking too long to dry.

Drum not turning.

Dryer won’t start.

  • Is the machine plugged into the wall receptacle?
  • Check breaker panel; is breaker tripped? If yes,
  • Request a Service Call!

Burning odor.

Making noise.

Clothes not drying (Gas dryer)

  • Is dryer set to “Air Dry” or “No Heat” setting? If machine is set to a “Heated Dry” setting and clothes still not drying:
  • Make sure gas to machine is turned on.
  • Lint trap: Clean after every load.

Clothes still damp at end of cycle.
“Wrinkle guard” dry cycles.
